Michael Grant and Padraig O’Griofa in association with Garter Lane are producing /The Hall,/ a new play by Pat Daly next week, directed by Jim Nolan.

Set in a homeless men’s hostel in Waterford, it stars Lenny Hayden. It’s the story of Joe whose life has all but crashed beneath his feet. Determined to rebuild his life, he struggles with the day to day minutia of living in a men’s hostel. Alongside the other marginalised character; Skanger JP selling drugs, failed rapper Hip Hop’s agoraphobia and what seems to be an unhealthy attraction to the wagon Roisin, the hostel manager. When Joe intervenes to teach JP a tough life lesson, it starts a chain of events that are devastating for him and those around him.
