Neighbourhood Watch

Having recently won at the O.I.C. Media Short Film awards, Alan Buckley’s film Neighbourhood Watch has recently been nominated in three categories for the Underground Cinema Annual Awards. Written, directed and Starring Alan, the film has been nominated for Best Comedy, Best Score and Best Location Sound.
The Underground Cinema is widely recognised for presenting some of the most unique, cutting edge, visionary works that Irish cinema has to offer and take pride in bringing attention to the Irish filmmaker with the same enthusiasm that is often reserved for international artists.
Alan is currently in pre-production for a new short, The Grieving, a much darker drama, which he also wrote and hopes to shoot before the end of the year.
